Daily Breakfast Meal

BDS undertakes Breakfast meal program from Monday to Friday for Govt schools in and around Malur. BDS provides Breakfast Meals for 305 underprivileged children distributing 4000+ special buns on a monthly basis.

Per day sponsorship cost: ₹1000

Annadhanam during Events

Annadhanam Prasadam post events are distributed to a school for kids with special needs at Malur and to locals near Sri Balambika temple. Additionally, the last day of Navarathri festival has an annadhanam event thrown open to all devotees who visit the temple.

COVID-19 Relief

As part Covid-19 relief, BDS has been instrumental in distribution of ration kits to the poor and needy in and around Malur areas during the nationwide lockdown period. During this time, there has been a distribution of 225+ ration kits across multiple cross section of people.

Refreshments during exams

BDS undertook snack sponsorship program for 10th grade students undertaking SSLC exams. Around 6400 units of Snacks – Britannia Cake (₹15 per pack) and Slice Tetra pack (₹10 per pack) were distributed to 3200 students.
